Nothing is too much trouble for him and quite often you'll find he has been stood next to you for ten minutes without you even knowing!! An ex Sky installation engineer, Richard can also re-align your satellite dish to receive russian and chinese satellite channels that you won't be able to understand (unless your chinese or russian of course) but that are great Friday night viewing. Very often planes coming into land at Leeds-Bradford pick up the signal from his house and have to divert.
